Accounting Manager
Klunk & Millan Advertising, located in Allentown, PA, is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager. An ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills and strong attention to detail. This position will work alongside a highly collaborative agency team.

Job Requirements
A/R
- Invoicing and statements for multiple clients
- Receive payments into Quickbooks, make deposits
- Track Banking (daily cleared transactions) – Monitor payments and transfers
- Reconcile bank statements
A/P
- Reconcile and approve media invoices with insertion orders, credit cards, other vendor invoices, etc.
- Process and pay bills via checks and ACH
Reports/Budget
- Monthly sales reports and financial summaries
- Balance Sheet & P/L
- End-of-year financial reports and tax documentation to CPA
Benefits Administration
- 401 contributions, adjustments, eligibility, enrollment, compliance
- Health insurance enrollment and monthly payments
- Tracking PTO
- Payroll coordination
Qualifications
- Degree in Business or Accounting
- Five+ years of office experience
- Experience working in advertising or media preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks, or similar accounting software
- Must be able to effectively multi-task and problem-solve
- Excellent computer skills are required
